Uplifting communities through art with Corel’s #DrawUsTogether campaign

Art heals. Art uplifts and unites. Art draws us together.

That’s the inspiration behind #DrawUsTogether, our innovative new global initiative.

The goal: flood social media with follow-worthy creations that spread joy and give people a sense of unity, no matter where they are, who they are, or what tools they’re using.

For every piece of unique artwork shared using the #DrawUsTogether hashtag, Corel will donate $1 up to $50,000 USD to Americans for the Arts, a nonprofit organization advancing arts and arts education.

We’re thrilled to partner with Americans for the Arts, and we wanted to share a message from their President and CEO, Nolen V. Bivens:

We believe that arts are fundamental to our humanity, and that they help to foster creativity, empathy, and beauty worldwide. We’re excited to be the charity beneficiary of this important initiative and are grateful to Corel. Together we believe in the important role that the arts play in our lives and know first-hand the power the arts have in unifying and uplifting communities—benefits that persist even during a global pandemic.”

Of course, our creative software CorelDRAW Graphics Suite and Corel Painter are perfect for this initiative, but we encourage everyone to participate and share their work online, regardless of their skill level, their medium, or the software they use.

After more than 30 years of inspiring and empowering creativity, we at Corel know firsthand the power that beauty and art can have to unify people. We want to add a bit of light to the darkness by filling the world with as many images of unity, hope, and joy as possible.

Can we count on you to participate? Every piece of art counts! To learn more about the #DrawUsTogether campaign, visit: www.corel.com/drawustogether
