Joseph Giam

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Under Joseph Giam’s leadership, Glocomp has grown into a leading player across key market segments, delivering best-of-breed ICT infrastructure solutions with world-class customer service. As Co-Founder and Managing Director, he shapes long-term strategies and drives the company’s business development initiatives. Over the past 28 years, Joseph has steered Glocomp’s evolution from an office automation integrator to a premier enterprise ICT products and services distributor in Malaysia, representing more than 20 global technology providers.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computing and Information Systems from Monash University, Caulfield, and completed the IT Business System program at Monash Business School, Clayton.

Alex Liew

Co-Founder & Executive Director

Alex Liew, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Glocomp Systems, leads the private sector sales team, channels, and partnerships. With over 28 years of experience, he has been pivotal in establishing and growing Glocomp’s presence across Malaysia’s private sector, securing major ICT projects across diverse industries.

Alex is currently Chairman of The National Tech Association of Malaysia (PIKOM), driving industry growth through strategic collaborations with organizations such as Cybersecurity Malaysia, NACSA, ISC2, and CSA. He also serves as Council Member and Chairman of the ICT, Automation, and Robotics Committee at the Master Builders Association of Malaysia, promoting technology adoption in the construction sector.

Alex Liew
Executive Director

Alex Liew leads the private sector division of Glocomp, playing a crucial role in maintaining relationships with private sector marketplaces in Malaysia. He has also played a major role in leading the private sector sales team in securing major ICT projects from various vertical industries. Aside from that, he is a Council Member of The National ICT Association of Malaysia (PIKOM) – the Chair of the Cybersecurity Chapter. With 20 years of experience in the industry, he is well-versed in engaging with different sectors, including government, utilities, FSI, education, etc. As such, he is advising on and promoting ICT in the construction industry, as the Deputy Chair of ICT Committee in Master Builders Association of Malaysia.

Alex graduated in a degree of Arts with honours from University of Malaya, Malaysia.

Chan Yue Mun

Executive Director

Chan Yue Mun brings over 27 years of management and financial experience in the financial services industry. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive exposure across multiple divisions, including sales and marketing, credit evaluation, debt restructuring, credit administration, and operations. His deep expertise enables him to drive strategic initiatives, strengthen operational efficiency, and support business growth within Glocomp.

He is a graduate of College Tunku Abdul Rahman and continues to leverage his financial acumen to contribute to the company’s long-term success and stability.

Chan Tze Ming

Executive Director

Chan Tze Ming leads Glocomp’s technology services team across Malaysia, focusing on expanding and managing services while developing IT infrastructure solutions tailored to clients’ unique business and vertical-market challenges. In his role, he drives the development of go-to-market service offerings and methodologies, ensuring high-quality, consistent results for increasingly complex client needs.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Multimedia University and applies his technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions that support Glocomp’s growth and client success.

Chan Tze Ming
Executive Director

Chan Tze Ming leads a team of technology services professionals located across Malaysia. He is focused in expanding and managing Glocomp services, and developing IT infrastructure solutions that address clients’ unique vertical-market and business challenges. In this role, he is also responsible for managing the development of go-to-market service offerings and methodologies to meet increasingly complex client needs, with consistent, high-quality results.

He earned a bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in Multimedia University.

Alvin Teoh Teck Leong

Chief Financial Officer

Alvin Teoh joined Glocomp in 2011, bringing over 20 years of finance leadership experience across public-listed, multinational, and local companies. He has held key roles at M-Mode Berhad, Sa Sa Cosmetics, Warner Music Malaysia, BAX Global, and KPMG, among others. His expertise spans financial and corporate accounting, auditing, treasury and funding, systems operations, as well as close collaboration with distribution, retail, business operations, and domestic sourcing teams.

Alvin graduated with a professional degree in Accountancy from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) in 1988. He has been a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) since 1994 and was granted the designation of Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) in 2012.
