The era of AI is here and there is a great opportunity for our partners to create value not only for customers, but also to drive innovation for their own company and for the economic progress of local communities and Malaysia as a whole. Indeed, Microsoft succeeds when our partners succeed, and we are committed to supporting more than 2,800 of our partners in Malaysia to achieve more with AI.

At Microsoft Inspire this year – our premier partner event – we introduced the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, providing a comprehensive portfolio of investments for all partner business models, at every stage of maturity. Since its launch, we continue to evolve by actively gathering feedback from our partners and deploying new offers that meet the unique needs of all partner types.

We are enabling the AI Transformation based on three key pillars:

1. We infuse the copilot experience across Microsoft tools you are already using to help boost productivity and innovation.
2. Independent Software Vendors, System Integrators, to startups can now create their own AI-powered apps and copilot solutions using the same tech stack and AI services that power Microsoft’s copilot experiences.
3. We are providing the tools and capabilities for partners and customers to build responsible AI solutions right from the start, using the same principles that guide us in building our own AI experiences.

This year’s Microsoft Malaysia Partner Summit 2023 meant a little more to me – not only was it an opportunity to honor the inspiring achievements of our partners, but I also witnessed the start of another milestone as we work together to unlock possibilities in the new era of AI.
