Criteria for the Best of Awards   

According to TrustRadius, the Best of Awards are based entirely on reviews, meaning there is no analyst opinion or paid placement. 

Trust Radius bases the individual awards on the following criteria: 

• Best Feature Set. Given to products that receive the highest level of satisfaction from users regarding their range of features. 

• Best Relationship. Evaluates factors such as Would Buy Again, Implementation Expectations, and Sales and Marketing Promises to determine which products have the strongest customer relationships. 
• Best Value for Price. Given to products that receive the highest level of satisfaction from users regarding their value in relation to their price. To qualify, products must have transparent pricing and be currently available  

To be eligible for a Best of Award, a product must fulfill the following requirements: 

1. Obtain a minimum of 10 reviews within a specified time period. 

2. The selection is based on Key Insight statistics derived from the content of reviews, including Best Value, Best Feature Set, and Best Relationship within each category. 

3. To be considered, the product must have been updated and accessed through the vendor portal after July 1st. 

4. The Best Relationship category evaluates Key Insight data from product reviews, considering factors such as Would Buy Again, Implementation Expectations, and Sales and Marketing Promises. 

5. The TrustRadius research team will further verify eligibility by analyzing textual reviews when necessary.
